Das bestehende Geb\u00e4ude wurde erhalten und umgebaut. Ziel war es, ein Immobilienprodukt zu entwickeln, das auf den lokalen Markt zugeschnitten ist und gleichzeitig Antworten auf die innovativen Wohnformen von morgen bietet.
