Im Rahmen des zweistufigen Verfahrens sollten Investorenteams das Potenzial des angebotenen Grundst\u00fccks evaluieren und ein qualitativ hochwertiges Gesamt-konzept f\u00fcr Nutzung und St\u00e4dtebau erarbeiten sowie einen Zinssatz f\u00fcr das Baurrecht vorschlagen.
