Mit diesen drei Schulstand-orten k\u00f6nnen die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Gemeinde bez\u00fcglich Schulraum langfristig abgedeckt werden. Doch die stark ver\u00e4ndernde Bildungs-landschaft und die damit verbundenen, wechselnden r\u00e4umlichen Bed\u00fcrfnisse erfordern bez\u00fcglich der Schulbauten permanente Flexibilit\u00e4t und Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit. <br \/>Die Schulanlage Utzigen wurde in zwei Etappen erbaut. Das Schulhaus 1963, die Turnhalle und der Kindergarten 1980. Entsprechend weisen die einzelnen Geb\u00e4ude unterschiedliche bauliche Zust\u00e4nde auf. <br \/>Eine Machbarkeitsstudie mit mehreren Varianten erm\u00f6glicht es, einerseits die Kosten der Substanzerhaltung, und andererseits M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr sinnvolle Geb\u00e4udeerweiterungen oder Integration von neuen Geb\u00e4udevolumen in den Gesamtkontext aufzuzeigen. <br \/>Ausgehend von der gew\u00e4hlten Variante, wurden f\u00fcr die weitere Projektierung der notwendigen Planerleistungen unter Einhaltung des \u00f6ffentlichen Beschaffungswesens ausgeschrieben und vergeben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Standort<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utzigen (BE)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zeitraum<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>August 2024 bis September 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Auftraggeber:in<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gemeinde Vechigen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nutzung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bildungswesen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Baukosten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ca.
