Der Hauptstandort der Kantonsverwaltung ist das neu das Geb\u00e4ude \u00abTavannes Machines\u00bb in Tavannes.<br \/>Das Geb\u00e4ude der ehemaligen Fabrik \u00abTavannes Machines\u00bb, das im Bundesinventar der sch\u00fctzenswerten Ortsbilder der Schweiz von nationaler Bedeutung (ISOS) eingetragen ist, wird vollst\u00e4ndig renoviert und zum neuen regionalen Verwaltungszentrum umgebaut. Es wird neben anderen \u00c4mtern die Justiz- sowie die Kantonspolizei des Berner Jura beherbergen. Die Renovierung erfolgt unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Grunds\u00e4tze der Energieeffizienz und der Denkmalpflege, wobei die R\u00e4umlichkeiten an die aktuellen funktionalen Anforderungen des Kantons angepasst werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leistungen<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unterst\u00fctzung des Bauherrn bei der Auswahl eines Totalunternehmers<\/li>\n<li>Begleitung und Unterst\u00fctzung des Auftraggebers als Bauherrenvertreter<\/li>\n<li>Begleitung der Projektentwicklung bis zur Baubewilligung sowie anschliessender Begleitung w\u00e4hrend der Ausf\u00fchrungsphase, inkl.
