Die Gemeinde will im Rahmen einer Machbarkeitsstudie eine f\u00fcr das Dorf sinnvolle Nachnutzung pr\u00fcfen, welche Entscheidungsgrundlage f\u00fcr die Erstellung eines Kaufangebotes an die Eigent\u00fcmer bildet. Mit dem Erwerb der Liegenschaft beabsichtigt die Gemeinde Nutzfl\u00e4chen anzubieten, um die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Gemeinde nach zus\u00e4tzlichen Fl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr die Erf\u00fcllung ihrer Auftr\u00e4ge zu decken. Zudem soll das Geb\u00e4ude aber auch Dienstleistungsfl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr Private anbieten und einen Beitrag f\u00fcr die Belebung des Dorfzentrums
