Entsprechend werden seitens verschiedenster st\u00e4dtischer Fachbereiche entsprechende Teilprojekte parallel entwickelt und vorangetrieben. Dabei m\u00fcssen die Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Vorgaben von Politik, Beh\u00f6rden, sowie privaten und st\u00e4dtischen Bautr\u00e4gerschaften ber\u00fccksichtigt, was diese Arealentwicklung zu einem anspruchsvollen Vorhaben macht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leistungen<\/strong><br \/>Das Mandat Projektunterst\u00fctzung Gesamtprojektleitung umfasst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leitung des Teilprojekt TP 21 \u00ab Qualit\u00e4tssicherung \u00bb:<br \/>Mittels eines Qualit\u00e4tssicherungsprozesses erarbeitet die Teilprojektleitung die Ausschreibungskonzepte und Verfahren, und stellt dabei sicher, dass die in den verschiedenen Planungsinstrumenten definierten Ziele und Vorgaben durch die st\u00e4dtischen und privaten Bautr\u00e4gerschaften umgesetzt werden.<br \/>\u2022 Leitung des Teilprojektes TP 23 \u00ab Vermarktung \u00bb:<br \/>Dieses Teilprojekt ist f\u00fcr die Ausschreibung und Vermarktung der Bausteine und Cluster zust\u00e4ndig, die im Baurecht an private Bautr\u00e4gerschaften abgegeben werden.<br \/>\u2022 Fachliche Leitung Teilprojekt TP 24 \u00abBetrieb \/ Nutzung\u00bb:<br \/>Dieses Teilprojekt ist f\u00fcr die Erarbeitung der Grundlagen f\u00fcr die Betriebs- und Nutzungsphase zust\u00e4ndig (insb. Betriebs- und Nutzungskonzepte, Businessplan, Konzept Areal-Logistik, Konzept Pooling und Kuration publikumsorientierte EG-Nutzungen).
